Hector has his say on Premier League title race

Hector Bellerin believes Arsenal are in a must-win every match scenario if they are to claim the Premier League title.

The Gunners are bidding to win the Premier League for the first time since the ‘Invincibles’ unbeaten season in 2003/2004.

Arsenal host surprise leaders Leicester City at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

The Foxes are five points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal going into this weekend’s round of matches.

Leicester arrive on the high of beating Manchester City 3-1 at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

Arsenal got back to winning ways in the Premier League with their 2-0 win over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday, to move up to third place.

Speaking after the victory over the Cherries, Bellerin said.

“It was always going to be hard. It is a tough venue and they play really good football, but the team was on the job and did well.

We converted our chances in the first half and that gave us a lot of confidence to relax and come away with the win.”

On how Arsenal approach the match with Leicester on Sunday, Bellerin added.

“For us every game is crucial.

It doesn’t matter who you play against, you have to go and get the three points. Leicester is going to be one of the most important ones, but we need to play like any other game.”

Second placed Tottenham Hotspur are away to fourth-placed Manchester City on Sunday, as the Premier League’s top four face each other.
