Jordan scored decisive penalty to send Arsenal through to last 8

Arsenal Ladies have been drawn at home to last year’s beaten finalists Notts County in the 6th round of the Women’s FA Cup.

The full draw is as follows:

Man City v Sporting Club Albion
Sunderland v Reading
Chelsea v Aston Villa
Arsenal v Notts County

The ties are scheduled to be played on Sunday 3rd April.

The Final will take place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 14 May.

The Gunners advanced to the last eight with a penalty shoot-out victory over Birmingham City yesterday.

Former Arsenal striker Freda Ayisi scored for the Blues and the Gunners’ Danielle Carter levelled in normal time before Jordan Nobbs converted the deciding penalty to make it 5-3 in the shoot-out.

Nobbs said: “We made life a bit harder for ourselves today but it’s always nice to get the first game out of the way.

“We know we can play a lot better than that even though we’ve come away with a victory.”

Notts County reached the Quarter Final after a 3-1 victory over Durham Women.
